Hover over the loading status of the shift you want to pause (e.g. FC PA1)

Click the status ("FC Hourly Cap") and the shift will be paused for the amount of time customized at your location

Some locations will automatically "unpause" and accept patient assignments after the time has elapsed.

If not, you can unpause a shift by hovering over the loading status and clicking.

NOTE: some locations automatically pause when a team gets an ESI 1 patient
