Hover your mouse over the assigned patient’s number and click on the patient number.

You will see a list of ESI options. Click on the correct ESI level for reassignment.

UBQ ED will smartly re-assign the patient.

IMPORTANT: Please update the patient's EPIC EMR with the reassignment. Add the UBQ ED number to the patient’s comment section in EPIC's trackboard, and drag the new provider onto the patient's name in EPIC.
